On September 26, 2022, Guangzhou Huali College issued a document titled “On the decision of International School implementing all academic courses teaching in English” (see below official document). According to the document, all programs in the International School since grade 2022 will be taught fully in English. More new programs teaching in English are encouraged and priority supported by the College. International school will establish an attractive internationalized educational service platform featured with international vision and mission, and a professional faculty and staff team. 

English is a universal language in international academic communication, and English proficiency test is one of major requirements of mutual matriculation and credit and degree recognition in China-Foreign Countries' Joint Higher Education Programs and China-Foreign Countries Cooperation on Higher Education Programs such as 2+2, 1+2+1, 3+1, 4+1 etc. Teaching in English in all professional courses, basic professional courses and elective professional courses not only can break language barriers in international cooperation programs but can eliminate the obstacles students may face when studying aboard, thus significantly improving students’ ability and confidence in completing their academic programs.

International School, Huali College is known to be the trailblazer in implementing English for academic programs among all private colleges nationwide.
